Jonathan Hickman

Director

Having originally graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in industrial design, Jonathan made the transition to property by undertaking a masters degree in Real Estate at Birmingham City University in 2010. After a brief spell in the midlands, in 2011 Jonathan moved south to take up a position as a management surveyor with the prestigious London firm Mellersh and Harding, based on London’s Pall Mall. During his time at Mellersh and Harding, Jonathan assisted with the running of the management portfolio, liaising with tenants and contractors to co-ordinate works. He also undertook professional work including lettings, lease renewal and rent reviews on behalf of his management clients.

Jonathan took over in 2016 from his late father and founder of Kingsbridge Property Services, Stewart Hickman. He has now grown the business into the property management sector and deals with all aspects of the business across the real estate sector. In his spare time Jonathan indulges in all things mechanical and even considers himself a part time farmer, in the evening he can often be found on a squash court before indulging in a pint of his favourite ale, Bathams.

Andrew Massey

Finance

Andrew has a wide range of finance management experience, working for many years in public practice before moving across to commerce and industry.  Following this move, Andrew managed the finance department of a Lloyds Insurance Brokers for several years before moving to a Birmingham based project management/quantity surveying practice.  In 2011 Andrew progressed to set up his own business providing accounting and management services to his own client base.

Andrew joined the team in January 2017 and based from the Stanmore site, is the primary contact for all finance matters relating to the company.  In his spare time Andrew enjoys Indian food, travelling, diy and the occasional pint of beer or glass of red wine.

Lottie Egerton

Surveyor MRICS

Lottie joined Kingsbridge Property Services four months ago and has previously worked within private practice, third sector and local government environments.  Her surveying career started with a degree in Rural Estate Management, but after college she chose to follow a career in commercial surveying.

Much of her surveying career has been within commercial property management acting for both landlord and tenant clients, this work has included the management of multi-let buildings and sites, standalone buildings the property types include workshop units, office space, retail units (both high street and shopping centre) and industrial estates.

Her experience has included both general day to day management and asset management of both protected and unprotected commercial leases covering issues such as licences to occupy, new lettings, assignment and subletting (both for landlord and tenant), tenant’s applications for alterations, service charge management and administration, maintenance and repairs, insurance issues, refurbishments, new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, user clauses, trading disputes and collection of rent arrears.

Francesca Quinn

Management Assistant

Having left college in 1998 Francesca undertook several roles before taking up a position at a residential estate agency, St James, Quinton, dealing with property sales and lettings. Having taken a break from full time employment in 2008 to start a family she went in an alternative direction undertaking a role in “Personal Assistant to medical director” for a privately-owned medical practice in central London.

Joining the team in 2018 as assistant estate manager, Francesca is based at Stanmore Business Park and assists with the everyday management of the estate. Dealing with new enquiries, liaising with existing tenants and organising both internal maintenance and external contractors. Francesca is the primary contact for all enquiries, queries or issues relating to Stanmore Business Park.

Malcolm Pearson

Head of Maintenance

Following school Malcolm’s working career began at BSR, West Midlands, where he trained in commercial paint spraying. Remaining in the Midlands area, he then progressed to JS Webb Ltd expanding his experience to roof insulation installation. In 1991 Malcolm took up a position at Oblique Developments Ltd, here he gained over 10 years experience of general construction & civil engineering including; building works, suspended ceilings, commercial roof installation and cladding.

Joining the Kingsbridge team in 2017 and having worked at the Stanmore site for over 15 years, Malcolm has a wealth of equipment, general and site maintenance knowledge. Based from the Maintenance Depot, Malcolm is responsible and involved in the general up keep and maintenance of all communal areas on site, whilst assisting with building refurbishments and liaising with Steve Sharp regarding grounds maintenance.

Sean Tate

Steve Sharp

Maintenance Assistant

Steve left Hillcrest School and went to work at Sturge Limited undertaking nickel and chrome plating work. He then progressed to Triplex Lloyd where he worked in a variety of engineering roles, including working in the production of large industrial chains. After 14 years the business was relocated abroad, and so he moved to work for Chem Polymer Corporation in Oldbury. In 2008 Steve decided that he wanted a change and to work in the great outdoors. Steve re trained as a gardener and for a number of years worked as a private gardener for clients around the West Midlands.

Steve joined Kingsbridge Property Services in 2016 to provide grounds maintenance services to a number of clients and is fully qualified to operate almost every piece of equipment imaginable. In his spare time Steve is a keen fitness fanatic and also enjoys the occasional game of Badminton.
